The Terminator

This may be the most boring pause screen yet but the design fits in nicely with the game

There are many versions of The Terminator on Sega hardware but the mega CD/Sega CD version is the one you should try

Android Assault (The Revenge of Bari Arm)

Whether you call this game Android Assault or Bari Arm makes no difference to the awesome gameplay within

A rose by any other name would still smell as sweet

Night Trap

The cult classic Night trap

This is the Vanilla MegaCD/SegaCD version but the 32x port is probably the best. If you haven’t played this you really should at least once in your life.

Outrun

Nothing beats the arcade version of Outrun

The mega drive version is my favourite port of this game… wish it had a force feedback steering wheel though.

F1 Championship

It’s no big secret that I hate the Master System, I only own one of them!

Having said that this game isn’t all that bad and the graphics are OK I guess. Worth 20 mins of your time but not much more.

Samurai Showdown

Which is more surprising: A blog dedicated to pause screens or an honest-to-goodness great game on the Mega CD?

If you have a SegaCD/MegaCD you probably know how awful the games can be. To rekindle your love of Sega try getting this, you wont regret it.
